Follow-up Program

A follow-up coordinator provides supportive services, including ongoing home visits, for 18 months following a participant’s move into permanent housing. Staff members assist each woman in practical areas such as securing home furnishings and working with her landlord, as well as in accessing community resources. But most of all, staff members are encouraging advocates who assist each THI graduate in settling into her new home and new life.
