The Coalition on Homelessness and Housing in Ohio (COHHIO) is a coalition of organizations and individuals committed to ending homelessness and to promoting decent, safe, fair, affordable housing for all, with a focus on assisting low-income people and those with special needs.

The Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless (NEOCH) is a coalition of service providers, housing activists, members, and homeless people. 

The Office Of Homeless Services (OHS) is jointly funded by Cuyahoga County and the City of Cleveland. The specific functions of the OHS include planning, assessment, identification of resources, service coordination, providing technical assistance to service agencies, and serving as a link between the providers of funds and services.

United Way's 211/First Call For Help is a free and confidential health and human services information service for Cuyahoga County. Staffed 24 hours a day, every day.  Dial 2-1-1 or (216) 436-2000 or on-line at linktohelp.org.
